WEBSHOP
We would like to point out that for the purpose of simplifying the shopping process and for subsequent contract processing, the webshop operator stores the IP data of the connection owner within the framework of cookies, as well as the name, address, payment information of the buyer and the partner ID of the referrer.
In addition, the following data is also stored by us for the purpose of contract processing: Order content, invoice data, date of birth, telephone number, VAT number, user name and password. The data provided by you is required to fulfil the contract or to carry out pre-contractual measures. We cannot conclude the contract with you without this data. We may also use the data to contact you in the context of contract fulfilment. The data is transmitted to the processing banking institutions/payment service providers for the purpose of debiting/paying the purchase price, to the shipping company commissioned by us to deliver the goods, to our tax advisors to fulfil our tax obligations, any other advisors to enforce our claims and rights and to authorities (e.g. tax authorities, courts, etc.) within the scope of legal obligations. After cancellation of the purchase process, the data stored by us will be deleted. If a contract is concluded, personal data from the contractual relationship will be stored until the expiry of the limitation periods for liability claims.
Data processing is carried out on the basis of the statutory provisions (TKG, BAO, UGB) as well as for the fulfilment of the contract and in our legitimate interest, which consists in the assertion and defence of claims and rights (legal interests).
