I am Toby Karlevid. I work in marketing, in beauty, health and wellness. Strategy, branding, digital systems, and lately a lot of AI in real, operational work. Alongside that I build my own tools. Based in Austria.
This site is a thinking space, not a showcase. I write to think. Everything here comes from something I actually built, tried, broke, or got wrong: marketing systems, positioning, small tools that solve real problems, and what AI changes when you put it to work instead of talking about it.
I believe most complexity is self-created. Tools are not the solution. Understanding is. So I keep my stack simple, my sentences short, and my marketing slow. Fewer things, done properly, held long enough to learn something.
